Hey Brassy Beauties, Have you noticed your mood change with different foods you consume? Have you noticed bloating, gas, constipation, or eczema with certain foods you consume? I am all about holistic health. Let's talk about Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine. It looks for the root cause of the imbalance or disease and provides a holistic approach for healing. It encompasses nutrition, lifestyle, and state of mind.

I am learning that there a different body types. Ayurveda has three body types. It explains based on your body type what you should be consuming. I have issues with food intake. I am allergic to many foods (dairy,wheat,etc) I realized food affects not only my body but my mood. Depending on what I eat I can have insomnia, constipation, anxiety, sinus conditions, sluggish, etc.
