Hey body beauties,
Do you know your status?
When was your last mammogram?
Do you know how to perform an exam on yourself?
1. Place a pillow under your right shoulder and your right arm behind your head.
2. Using your left hand, move the pads of your fingers around your right breast gently covering the entire breast area and armpit.
3. Use light, medium, and firm pressure.
4. Squeeze the nipple; check for discharge and lumps.
What does a lump in your breast feel like?
A cancerous lump may feel rounded, soft, and tender and can occur anywhere in the breast. In some cases, the lump can even be painful. Some women also have dense, fibrous breast tissue.
